I'm the founder and principal consultant of Agile Pines Consulting. Since 2022, I've helped nonprofits, small businesses, and growing companies raise money, win work, meet regulatory requirements, and work more smoothly.

My background is a mix of three worlds:

• Nonprofits — fundraising, donor relationships, donor databases, social media, and newsletters.

• Startups — compliance and growth work with an emerging financial technology and healthcare companies.

• Federal technology contracting — business development and project management for large government programs at major federal contractors.

I know what it takes to grow while meeting strict security and government rules, and how to explain those rules in plain words.

That mix means I can see both the big picture and the details. I connect your goals to the day-to-day steps that get you there.

Outside of work, I'm a long-time rock climber and youth climbing coach, and I make art inspired by the coast where I live in North County San Diego.
